Training & Development and HRD Programs

The Training and Development program, in cooperation with DELTA, offers a distance-delivered M.Ed. degree called T&D Online. T&D Online is a program designed for working professionals. The degree is delivered entirely at a distance. On-campus attendance is only required for a one-day orientation prior to starting the program (which may be waived in certain circumstances.) In addition to the T&D Online M.Ed., the Training and Development program offers a 5-course graduate certificate, an on-campus M.S. in Human Resource Development, and an on-campus Ed.D. in Adult Education with a specialization in Training & Development.
