Adjunct Assistant Professor 310 Poe Hall, Box 7801 paula_berardinelli@ncsu.edu Paula has worked as an educator and consultant in a variety of industries
including higher education, manufacturing, healthcare, jewelry and pharmaceuticals.
Her educational background includes a Doctorate of Education in Training
and Development from North Carolina State University, a Master's in Health
Education and Bachelor's in Health Planning and Administration both from
The Pennsylvania State University. She is currently the Distance Learning
Coordinator for the North Carolina Community College System. EAC 582 Organization and Operation of Training and Development Programs
Research Dr. Berardinelli's research interests are in impact evaluation and transfer
of training. She has worked with organizations to develop assessment and
evaluation systems for a variety of learning initiatives. Paula is currently
working on several impact assessment projects as well as collaborating
