T&D Online is NCDLA Program Award Winner

The North Carolina Distance Learning Association (NC DLA) recognized the North Carolina State University, College of Education, Training and Development Online program as the 2007 NC DLA Program Award Winner. This award acknowledges outstanding accomplishments in the area of distance learning for the state of North Carolina. The award was presented at the NC Distance Learning Alliance Conference on May 25th, Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. Read the article.

T&D Certificate Program Now Accepting Applications

The T&D Certificate program is now accepting applications. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. Keep in mind that you should apply at least 2 months prior to the start of classes in order to get a seat. Many classes fill quickly. Please see the application page to find out how to apply.

T&D Online Participates in WebCT Vista Pilot

It's an exciting Fall 2004 for the T&D Online program as we are participating in a pilot project evaluating the use of WebCT Vista, an upgraded learning management system. WebCT Vista will eventually be used campus-wide, but our faculty and students are fortunate to be getting a preview now as it is a great opportunity to explore this cutting-edge technology.
