The Training and Development program at NC State is committed to improving human performance in business through graduate study.

T&D Online is NCDLA Program Award Winner

The North Carolina Distance Learning Association (NC DLA) recognized the North Carolina State University, College of Education, Training and Development Online program as the 2007 NC DLA Program Award Winner. This award acknowledges outstanding accomplishments in the area of distance learning for the state of North Carolina. The award was presented at the NC Distance Learning Alliance Conference on May 25th, Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. Read the article.

T&D Certificate Program Now Accepting Applications
The T&D Certificate program is now accepting applications. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. Keep in mind that you should apply at least 2 months prior to the start of classes in order to get a seat. Many classes fill quickly. Please see the application page to find out how to apply.

Applications Being Accepted for Spring 2009

The application deadline for Spring 2009 is August 20, 2008. All application materials, inlcuding GRE scores must be submitted by this date. Please view the Apply section of this Website to access directions on how to apply to the programs.
